* WHEN…Until 545 AM EST.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 245 AM EST, Although the heavy rain has ended overflowing
poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory
area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
– Minor flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy
rainfall is expected.

Jersey City, Jamaica, Flatbush, Flushing, Bayonne, Hoboken,
Coney Island, Secaucus, Rockaway Beach, Todt Hill, Crown
